Oktober 2009 - Samhain Poem

The smallest line of death and life
Cut by the sharp edge of a knife
The world opens up in multiple ways
Each year just for a couple of days

Jack 'o lanterns in the street
Trick-or-treat, children to feed
Darkness, spiders and harvest time
Autumn, ghosts, shivers down the spine

Evil spirits everywhere
Who can conquer, who will dare?
Lost loves help to win this fight
To retrieve the light, conquer the night
